Reservations

To reserve a room or casita, click on "Reserve Now" or simply call the Inn toll-free at 800-682-1905 (or 520-296-5428 from the local Tucson area.) Please see the accommodations pages for descriptions.  Guests agree to our policies when they book a room with us.

Note that even if the availability calendar shows no vacancy, other nearby casitas may still be open. Call the Inn at Civano to check or explore Homeshare Civano options.

Policies

DepositsFront PorchFlowers

Deposits are required on all reservations: One night minimum, Weekly = $500 minimum.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Arrival

Our Office opens at 4pm on your arrival date. Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.  If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please call to make special check-in arrangements.

Departure

Check-out time is 11:00 am

Refunds

In the event of a cancellation, 100% refunds are available up to 60 days before date of reservation. Within 60 days of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. Please Note: Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account)

Children

Children 6 to 12 years old with a well behaved parent stay for free. The Inn is not able to accept children under six.

Pets

While pets are not allowed in the Inn at Civano, they are welcome in selected Homeshare Civano accommodations or guest homes

Smoking

The Inn is non-smoking

Inn at Civano Logo We recently spent two months in Tucson visiting family and enjoying the wonderful AZ weather. We feel so fortunate to have discovered the Inn at Civano. The Inn Keepers are exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. The Inn is a beautiful home with ample amenities which made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are welcoming, immaculate, and tastefully decorated with a Southwestern flair. The beautiful furniture, art work and handmade quilts add to the charm of the Inn. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with ample continental breakfast choices for the weary traveler and also all the condiments and baking supplies needed to cook if one chooses. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in paying attention to detail. From the relaxing rocking chairs on the front porch to the comfy outdoor furniture on the back patio, every room is an invitation to relax and enjoy all that Civano has to offer. We look forward to returning to the Inn again this year.
